8:30 am – Pilates/Mat w/ Props

9:35 am - Yoga/All Level

  • Pilates equipment classes are scheduled through Connie. Call to discuss appointment times, class options, or anything Yoga or Pilates. I look forward to seeing you at REFORM. (985) 269-1388
  • Bring your own yoga mat or purchase one from REFORM (limited quantities).
  • Students should eat a lighter meal 2 hours before class and hydrate.
  • Non-slip socks are required for exercises on Pilates equipment.
