2. Click on 'Sign Up Now' tab for the class you wish to attend.

3. 'Create an Account' or 'Log In'.

    6:30pm  -  YOGA/All-Level                                           60 min
  • Thursday
    9:30am - REBOUNDER/Stability Ball Class            50 min 
    6:15pm - AERIAL YOGA                                                60 min
  • Friday
    8:30am  – PILATES/Mat w/Props                                50 min
  • Saturday
    9:35am  -  YOGA/All Level                                             55 min
  • PILATES equipment classes are scheduled through Connie. Call to discuss appointment times, class options, or anything Yoga or Pilates.  I look forward to seeing you at REFORM.  985-269-1388
  • Bring your own yoga mat or purchase one from REFORM (limited quantities).
  • Students should eat a lighter meal 2 hours before class and hydrate.
  • Non-slip socks are required for exercises on Pilates equipment.
